Meet Carolyn

I have over 9 years of experience working within private practice and mental health agencies which has given me a deeper understanding to the dimensions of counseling. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and connecting with individuals to work with their stressors while providing coping skills and using a blend of therapeutic strategies. My background has included working with a variety of mental health disorders including anxiety and depression. I have a strong passion working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem and self-love. I believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their own way. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs and traveling to the lake!
