Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience supporting children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, trauma, substance use concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Tiffany especially enjoys helping clients build emotional resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. She uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs and goals. Her background in crisis work, including experience with the , informs her compassionate, accessible, and culturally responsive approach.
